Tuesday, Sept 3rd - Class started with an introduction to Mr. Fitton and the Rules of the course. We went over the following expectations:
The Rules:
1.Be on Time.
2.Be Prepared.
3.No cellphone/texting/listening to music during the lesson (music acceptable when wrking on assignments if it does not bother others.)
4.Respect others.
Personal Rules for Success:
1.Care about your work and yourself
2.Try. Just try. But put effort into everything you do. If it’s not worth handing in, why hand it in.
3.Delay gratification. Learning will provide you with more skills than watching TV or Playing PS3
4.Keep me in the loop – if you are having a bad day or need a minute, let me know. Communicate with your teachers.
Then we watched a video on the benefits of delayed gratification
