Making a Murder
|
Law 12 provides us with an opportunity to discuss miscarriages of justice. We will study systems like Apartheid, Jim Crow Laws and Nazi Germany's Nuremberg Laws. We will also look at cases of wrongfully convicted Canadians throughout the course. We will also conduct a study of portions of "Making a Murder" - a critically acclaimed Netflix documentary.
